Councilmembers Present: Kelly Burk, Marty Martinez, Kevin Wright, and Mayor Kristen
Umstattd.
Councilmembers Absent: Horne and Hammier
Staff Present: Town Manager John Wells

The Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
ITEMS
The following motion was made by Council Member Burk, seconded by Council
Member Wright:
To set a meeting for Tuesday, February 20, 2007, at 7:30 p.m.
The motion was approved by the following vote:
Aye: Burk, Martinez, Wright and Mayor Umstattd
Nay: None
Vote: 4-0-3 (Hammier and Horne absent)
The following motion was made by Council Member Martinez, seconded by Council
Member Burk:
To postpone and continue all pending business for the February 13, 2007 until 7:30 p.m. on
Tuesday, February 20, 2007.
The motion was approved by the following vote:
Aye: Burk, Martinez, Wright and Mayor Umstattd
Nay: None
Vote: 4-0-3 (Hammier and Horne absent)
The following motion was made by Council Wright, seconded by Council Member
Martinez:
To recess the February 13, 2007 meeting until Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
The motion was approved by the following vote:
Aye: Burk, Martinez, Wright and Mayor Umstattd
Nay: None
Vote: 4-0-3 (Hammier and Horne absent)
The meeting recessed at 7:31 p.m.
