A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A
RENEWAL OF.A CONTRACT WITH THE COUNTY OF LOS
ANGELES CONCERNING STREET MAINTENANCE FOR A
PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor of the City of Temple City is
hereby authorized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of
Temple City a renewal of a contract with the County of Los
Angeles providing for maintenance of streets within the City
limits of said City for a period of five years, a true and cor-
rect copy of which said contract is affixed hereto and made a
part hereof, reference to which is hereby made.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of January, 1961.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing is a true and correct
copy of a resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Temple City at a regular meeting thereof held on the
23rd day of January, 1961.
