Beverages", as amended and also by .certain rules ~nd regulations
adopted by the ~overning Body of t|ie Borough of CarEere , application
bas been made by FRANCES'M. MI,2JNIZEK, h~lder of A. B. C. License No.
1201-33-027-002, for Renewal of said License for the 1996-1997 License
Term and ~as filed th~ proper form and paid the necessary fees there-
for; and
W]iEREAS, no objections' have been node as to the renewal of said
license; and
5fl~EREAS; an Applicatioo for Transfer of said license has b~en submitted.

33-027-002 for Renewal for the 1996-1997 License Term.
NOW, Ti~JREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HERE.BY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Cot~ncil of the Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New
Jersey, that a Plenary Retail Const,,ption License be issued to Frances
M. Melnizek, holder of A. B. C. License No. 1201-33-027-002, premises
located at 211 Roosevelt Avenue, Carteret, New Jersey as herein set
out below; and
BE IT FURTt~R RESOLVED, that the MuniciPal Clerk be and is h~reby
authorized to issue a license to the applicant in accordance with the
application heretofore node and approved, having said licei~se .beconm
effective from temn begi~u~iog July 1, 1996 and to expire June 30, 1997;
BE IT lrURT~R RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be forwarded with original application and proper fee to the State of
New Jersey, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, Licensir~ Bureau,
CN 087 Trenton, New Jersey 08625-0087.
