WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, Middlesex County, State of New Jersey by ~IqRIQUE R. GIORDANO
for a Person-to-Person Transfer Of A.B.C. License f~1201-33-027~002 from
FRANCES M. M~NIZEK, present holder of s~ne, with premises located at 211
Roosevelt Avenua, Carteret, New Jersey 07008 and FRANCES M."MF~NIZEK has
consented to assign her rights of said License tO the aforesaid applicant;
and
WHEP, EAS, according to law, the application for transfer was duly advertised
in The Home News & Tr. ib.u~.e, a newsp, a. per cir~culat, e.din the. B?,rOU~orOf Carteret,
New Jersey and no ob3ectzons to said transIer, eztherveroaliy o in writing,
were filed or made to the Governing Body or to the Mtmicipal Clerk; and
WHEREAS, the applicaticrn fora is complete in all respects and the applicant
is qualified to be licensed according to all standardsasestablishedwell as perk~i~ntbY .Title
33 of the New Jersey Statutes, prormlgated thereunder, ...:.~..
local ordinances and conSitions consistent with Title 3'3.; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has disclosed, and the local aUthority has reviewed
the source of all funds USed in the purchase of said license and the licensed
bUSiness and all additional financing obtained in connection with the
licensed business.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Coun¢il
of the Borough of Carteret, Middlesex County in the State of New Jersey,
that A.B.C. License ~/1201-33-027-002, heretofore held by Fraoces M. Melnizek
to sell alcoholic beverages in conformity with the laws, statutes, rules
and regulations of the State of New Jersey and the resolutions, ordinances,
rules and regulations of the Borough of Carteret relating to and concerning
said license and the sale of alcoholic beverages at 211 Roosevelt Avenue,
Carteret, New Jersey 07008, be and the ss~ae is hereby transferred to the
applicant, ENRIQUE R. GiORDANO, to be held by him until such license 'expires
unless sooner revoked.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endorsement of transfer on behalf of the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that two (2) certified copies of this Resolution
be sent forthwith to the State of New Jersey, Department of Law & Public ~
Safety, Division of Alcoholic Beverage Control, LicenSing Bureau, CN 087,
Trent°m, New Jersey 08625-0087.
