The Council of the Village of Medina, met in special session on Monday, April
7, 1969 at 7:00 P. M.

All members present.
Bill Toredor from the Outdoor The ter appeared and asked for an extension of
the curfew for one weekend, and was given approval.
Frederick C. Herfurth appeared with regard to the Oldwoods property. Moved by
Harold Winterhalter to grant a building permit to Peter Bergsten on the
property known as Lot 1, Block 1, Oldwoods Farm.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson

Mrs. Larry Reiser and Mrs. Bill Reiser, Jr., appeased titth regard to moving
two houses in the Village. Moved by Harold Winterhalter to make approval
to Larry Reiser and Bill Reiser, Jr. to move buildings on their property
as provided by the Code.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson
Motion carried.
The Council interviewed the following men who applied for the position as
patrolman, as follows: Charles Hoover, James Terror, Roger Wutsche, Richard V.
Anderson, Richard F. Anderson and Ray Lent. Discussed and reviewed the
results of the interviews. Moved by Aerold Winterhalter to appoint Roger
Wutsche the full time police officer of the Village.
Seconded by Raymond Bosch.
Motion carried.
Discussion with reg rd to insurande. Moved by Harold Winterhalter to transfer
all insurpnce exclusive of the truck to the Wayzata Agency, and increase the
liability to 100/300 and 100 as property damage.

Motion carried.
Moved by Raymond Bosch to set the wage for a part time Village Clerk at 2.50
per hour.
Seconded by Rayburn Anderson
Motion carried.
Moved by Arthur Theis to increase the salary for the Treasurer from 330.00 to
340.00 per month.
Seconded by Harold Winterhalter.
Motion carried.
Moved by Amtrur Theis to adjourn.
