The minutes of the meeting of March 3, 1970 read. Moved by Donald Des Lauriers
that the minutes be approved as read.

1970 were read.

Discussed police matters with Roger Wutschke. Moved by Raymond Bosch to set
the salary for the full time police officer at $700.00 per month with a
45 hour work week.
Seconded by Arthur Theis
Motion carried.
George Favorite appeared to protest the sign of the Rolling Green Country
Club. He wishes to have it moved.
Mr. & Mrs. Irvin Bird appeared with regard to moving in a house on their
property - they are purchasing an additonal.l forty feet. They were referred
back to the Planning Commission.
Bill Torodor appeared with regard to the fence around the outdoor theater.
Advised to start with the fence on the north side and to tally -with the
building tispeotor with regard to type.
William Mills presented the preliminary engineering report on Willow Drive
and hunter Drive paving and Hamel Road Storm Sewer. Moved by Donald Des Lauriers
to authorize William Mills to draw plans and specifications for paving Willow
Drive 22' wide from last project to County Road 24 and Hunter Drive 24' wide
from Hamel Road to a point 1,000' south, and to set up a special Council
Meeting for the Council on April 15, 1970 at 5:30 to act on these plans.

George Gubbins reported that Loretto is planning to put in a sewer project
and are planning tciyf gading area on property in Medina.
Henry Nichols appeared to see if he could builder a house on an isolated
small acreage which is zoned commercial. Moved by Harold Winterhalter to
grant a special use permit for a house on commercial to Henry Nichols on
the surveyed property.

Mrs. Beery appeared about the "junk" behind

Moved by Raymond Bosch to grant Rolling Green Country Club a Club Sunday
Liquor License to cover the period from July 1, 1969 to June 30, 1970.
Seconded by Donald Des Lauriers
Motion carried.
A letter from Leon Warner with regard to oiling Mooney Lake Road this year.
This road is in the plans for oiling.
Moved by Donald Des Lauriers to the bill as follows: payroll in the amount
of $3,691.44 and order checks in the amount of $7,354.63.

Moved by Raymond Bosch to grant Charles Hoover and increase in salary from
$3.00 per hour to $3.50 per hour.
