Mayor Royce Phillips called meeting to order at 6:35pm.
Roll Call of members present Jim Bartels, Mike Gericke, Mark Petersen. Absent Chris Ball and Travis Weipert. Also
present City Clerk Ruth Demuth.
Motion made by Council person Gericke and seconded by Council person Petersen for approval of Agenda.
Mayor Royce Phillips reported on Bill Grace driveway and asked Council members to accept and approve payment.
Motion made by Bartels and seconded by Gericke to pay bills submitted for reconstruction of driveway off Roberts Ferry
Rd. Council person Petersen made a motion to amend the previous motion on the Grace driveway. Discussion held on
driveway reconstruction. Petersen withdrew motion to amend previous approved motion for payment.
Discussion held on design of Ireland Ave Extension affecting the Hwy 6 and Ireland Ave intersection, improvements to
frontage of properties on Hwy 6, Third St. to College St improvements, and improvements to College St Cul-de-Sac.
Motion made by Gericke and seconded by Weipert for adjournment at 7:30pm.
