RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE FIRST WESTERN BANK OF
TEMPLE CITY TO HONOR ALL CHECKS, DRAFTS,
AND WARRANTS WHEN BEARING CERTAIN SIGNA-
TURES OF CITY OFFICIALS.
WHEREAS, Section 37203 of the Government Code sets forth the
authority and power of the City in regard to the drawing of warrants
and checks, and
WHEREAS, the City Council determines that it is necessary for
the efficient administration of the fiscal affairs of the City that
this Resolution be passed and adopted,
NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City
DOES RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The First Western Bank of Temple City as a desig-
nated depositary of the City of Temple City, be and it is hereby re -.:
quested, authorized and directed to honor all checks, drafts, warrants
or other orders for the payment of money drawn in the name of the City
of Temple City on all its accounts when bearing or purporting to bear
the manual signature of the Mayor or Mayor Pro Tem, the City Treasurer
or Deputy City Treasurer, and City Clerk.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 1961,
