TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Royce Phillips called meeting to order at 6:45pm on Wednesday, October 27, 2010 at the Springmier Library.
Roll Call of members: Travis Weipert and Jim Bartels. Absent: Chris Ball, Mike Gericke, and Mark Petersen. Also
resent: Doug Frederick, Hart Frederick Consultants and City Clerk Ruth Demuth.
'layor Phillips declared that a quorum was not established with two Council members and that meeting would need to be
adjourned. Motion made by Weipert and seconded by Gericke for adjournment at 6:50pm.
TIFFIN CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION
Mayor Royce Phillips declared that without a quorum, the Work Session would not be called to order.
