RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN ASSISTANT CITY CLERK
WHEREAS, Scharlott Blevins has been working as an Administrative Assistant for the City of
Riverdale, Iowa;
WHEREAS, an acting Assistant City Clerk is needed after the removal of the City Clerk—
Treasurer on February 6, 2017;
WHEREAS, Scharlott Blevins is willing to act as the acting Assistant City Clerk at a pay rate of
$15.00 an hour until a permanent Assistant City Clerk is hired;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa,
appoints Scharlott Blevins as acting Assistant City Clerk at a pay rate of$15.00 an hour and
specifically authorizes her to take the City Council Minutes.
This Resolution shall take immediate effect.
PASSED, APPROVED,AND ADOPTED THIS 21a day of February, 2017.
