A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY REQUEST-
ING THE STATE BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
TO PERMIT THE TAX COLLECTOR OF TEMPLE
CITY TO EXAMINE CERTAIN SALES AND
USE TAX RECORDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The State Board of Equalization is requested
to permit Walter Griesmeyer, City Treasurer, William Woollett, Jr.,
City Manager, or Karl Koski, Administrative Assistant, of the City of
Temple City, who are ex officio tax collectors of the City of Temple
City, or any duly authorized deputy or employee of such officers, to
examine all of the sales and use tax records of said Board pertaining
to sales and use taxes collected for the City of Temple City by said
Board pursuant to contract entered into between them under the Bradley
Burns Uniform Local Sales and Use Tax Law.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution.
