A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE
CITY, CALIFORNIA, VACATING LIGHT AND
AIR EASEMENT WITHIN LOTS 6, 7, AND 8,
OF TRACT NO. 10558
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Temple City
on February 14, 1961, at a regular meeting of the City Council
duly considered the vacation of that certain portion of that cer-
tain easement for light and air dedicated to the public use by
map of Tract No. 10558, in the City of Temple City County of Los
Angeles, State of California, recorded in Book 178, pages 4 and
5, of Maps In the office of the Recorder of said 'County, which
lies within lots 6, 7 and 8 of said tract.
SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of Temple City
hereby orders and determines;
(1) That the aforedescribed light and air easement has
not been used for the purpose for which it was dedicated or acquir-
ed for five consecutive years next preceding February 14, 1961;
(2) That the aforedescribed light and air easement is
unnecessary for present or prospective public use.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of February, 1961,.
