LICENSE ~OR THE 1997-1998 LIC~2qSE
TO EAGLE CAB COMPANY
I~IqEREAS, an application ha~ been filed and the proper fee paid for a
Taxicab Owner' s License for the 1997-1998 Licerme Term by Robert F.
Beck, owner and trading as
and
WHEREAS, the qualifications of the applicant have been investigated
by the Carteret Police Department and said department reconmends that
a Taxicab Owner'S License for the 1997-1998 License Term be granted
to the applicant, Robert F. Beck.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be and
is hereby authorized and directed to issue a TAXICAB OWNER'S LICENSE
for the 1997-1998 LIC~I~SE T~R{M to EAGLE CAB COMPANY.
Adopted the 1st day of May, 1997 and
certified as a true copy of the ori-
ginal on MAY 2nd, 1997.
