WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, IN➢IANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apaxt out of the several appropriations, herein named and fo-r the purposes herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED GENERAL FUND CONTROLLERtS OFFICE $1,500. $ 1,500. Other Office Supplies TOTAL $1,500. $ 1,500. 1-1-2-3-0-3630 SECTION 2, WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligatcd balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. GENERAL FUND Cash Operating AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED REDUCED $1,500. $ 1,500. TOTAL $1,500. $ 1,500. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the'State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
