AUI~DRIZING THE ISSUANCE OF A TAXICAB DRIVER'S
LIC~qSE FOR THE 1997-1998 LICENSE TERM
TO ROBEI~ F. BECK
WHERFAS, an application has been submitted and the proper fee paid
for a TAXICAB DRIVERtS LICENSE for the 1997-1998 LICENSE TERM by
ROBERT F. BECK; and
~EAS, the Carteret Police Department has made an investigation
of the facts stated in the application and reconmends that a Taxi-
cab Driver'*s License for the 1997-1998 License Term be granted to
the applicant listed above.
NOW, THER~uRE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be.
and is hereby authorized and directed to issue a Taxicab Driver's
License for the 1997-1998 License Term to the applicant, ROBERT F.
BECK.
