AN ORDINAKCE TO APPROPRIATE WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FUND.
WHEREAS, is has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more
money than was appropriated in the annual budget,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY. THE COMMON COUNCIL OF TIIU CITY OF RICHMOND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. 'That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of
the several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified,
subject to the laws governing the same:

SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now
have unvbligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which
appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations
be reduced in the following amounts.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect front and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of
Indiana governing emergency' appropriations.

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers, printed in the
Richm❑nd Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of March. 8 and March I5t1i
Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the 19th day of
March 1979 by the COMM Cozuicil to consider additional appropria-
tions as provided for in Ordinance No. ' �26-1979 , wf thin the. City of.
Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of 1aoLlces were examined
and found to he correct and in order. Councilman Mills moved the
proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed,
Seconded by CoLm oilman Carter and on voice vote the motion was
carried.
