NOVI THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COIvAUN COUNCIL OF THE CITY' OF RICHMOND, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and. its instituti.ons for the year ending December 31, 1979, the following amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the £,md named and ror the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to the law governing the same. Such amount appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures to be made during the year unless expressly stipulated by law. SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal period there is hereby appropriated from Cumulative Capital Improvement Find (Cigarette Tax) the fallowing specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exist: CUMULATIVE CAPITAL EMPROVL= ITA+ID (CIGARETTE TAX) R170LNT REQIJI�STED ANfOUNT APPROPRIATED $10,000. $10,000.
