AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FROM THE bDTOR VEHICLE HIGHWAY FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more
money than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY 17HE MMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY 'OF RI[I-P'IUND,
WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of
the several appropriations, herein named and. for the purw5e5 herein specified,
subject to the laws governing the same:

SEC'YTON 2. ZTUMEAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now
have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which
appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations
be reduced in the following amounts.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in gull force and effect from and after its

The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session iia the
Council Chambers in 'the Municipal B.ui.lding of said. City Apxil 2, 1979 ,
at the hour of 7: 30 p.m. _ -- -
Councilman Paust presided with .the following members present:
Messrs. Ahaus � Austerman , Carter ,
Elstro , Mills Welch
Williams. ,
Absent: None
The following business was had to -wit:

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmand Palladium item, a newspaper of general circulation in. the City of
Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of Marcie 21st and March 28th
Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on. the 2nd day of
April, 1979 by thQ Common Council to consider additional•appropria--
tions as provided for in Ordinance No. 31-r-1979 , within the City of.
Richmond, Indiana, The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined
and found to be correct and in order. Councilman Mi11s moved the
proof.of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered .filed,
seconded by Councilman Auste,rman and on voice vote the motion was
carried.
