AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money
than was appropriated in the annual budget,
NOW, THEREFORE RE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICH+O D, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the same:
GENERAL FUND

Fire Department
1-1-12-4-0-4100 $250. $250.
Building Materials
TOTAL $250. $250.
SECTION 2. IMMEAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have
unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated,
it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations he reduced in the
following amounts.

Repair of Bldg. F Structures
TOTAL $250. $250.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana
governing emergency appropriations.
