AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money
than was appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHAON➢, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the same:

SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have
unobligated.balances which will not he needed for the purposes for which appropriated,
it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the
following amounts.

The Common Council of the CiLy of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the
Council Chambers in the Municipal Building of said, City May 7, 1979
at the houz of 7:30 p.m.
Councilman Paust presided with the following members present:
Messrs. Ahaus. Auasterman Carter
Elstra , Mills Weleff
Whitesell Williams

The Clerk presented propf,of publication of '_Notice to Taxpayers printed in the
Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the Cit of
Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of April 18th and April 2�th
Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the Ith day of
May, 1979 by the Common Council.to consider additional appropria-
tions as. provided for in Ordinance No. 39--1979 . within the City of.
Richmond, Indiana. The proof ui publication and posting of notices were examined
and found to be correct and in order. Councilman Mills moved the
proof.of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed,
seconded by Councilman IWelelt , and on voice vote the motion was
carried.

After hearing all persons present, Ordinance No. 39-1979 was placed on
