RESOLUTION NO, 61 -135
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHOR -
IZING AN AGREEMENT FOR INACTIVE
DEPOSIT OF CERTAIN CITY MONIES IN
A SIX MONTH TERM DEPOSIT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, it appears to be desirable to deposit
the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) in a six month
term deposit with interest rate of three per cent (3 %) with the Sec-
unity First National Bank:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of the
City of Temple City is hereby authorized to accomplish the foregoing
as soon as it is possible.
