AN ORDINANCE TO TRANSFER WITHIN THE GENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, it has been deteTmineci that it is now necessary to appropriate more money
than was appropriated in the annual budget;
14014 THEREFORE BF IT ORDAINED BY THE CM24ON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INTDIANA-.
SECTION I. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the fallowing
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the same;

SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now

appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations
be reduced in the following amounts.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its

Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
