Mayor Phillips balled meeting to order at 6:40pm., Wednesday, November 30, 2011 at Springmier Library.
toll Call of members present: Chris Ball, Mike Gericke, Travis Weipert. Absent: Jim Bartels,,Mark Petersen.
Also present City Clerk Ruth Demuth, Planning and Zoning`Peggy Upton, Deputy Clerk Caroline Koon.
Motion by Council person Weipert and seconded by Council person Gericke for.approval of agenda. All Ayes.
Absent: Jim Bartels, Mark Petersen.
Motion made by Gericke and seconded by Ball to read Resolution 2011-56 by title only. Motion made by
Council person Mike Gericke and seconded by Council person Travis Weipert to introduce for approval.
Resoluton 2011-56 A Resolution Approving.the 2010-2011 Financial Report For Year Ending'June 30,
2011.aAll Ayes. Absent: Jim Bartels, Mark Petersen.
Motion made by Mike Gericke and seconded by Ball to red Resolution 2011-55 by title only. Motion made by
Council person Travis Weipert and seconded by Council person Chris Ball to introduce for approval
Resolution 2011-55 A Resolution To Certify 2012-2013..TIF Revenue Request to Johnson.County, Iowa
Auditor. All Ayes. Absent: Jim Bartels, Mark Petersen.
Motion made by Weipert and seconded by Gericke to read Resolution 2011-57 by title only. Motion made by
Council person Mike Gericke and seconded by Council person Travis Weipert to introduce for approval of
`Resolution 2011-57 Authorizing Internal Advance to Tax Increment Revenue Fund. Discussion held on
information from Financial Planner Jeff Heil, Northland Securities and Bond Counsel John Danos, Dorsey
Whitney Law Firm regarding the Internal.Advance. All Ayes. Absent: Jim B...els, Mark Petersen.
