AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE WITHIN THE CENERAL FUND.
WHEREAS, it has bee3i determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money
than 1aas appropriated in the annual budget;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OR RICHMOND, WAYNE
COUNTY, INDIANA:
SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following
additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the
several appropriations, herein named and for the purposes herein specified, subject
to the laws governing the same:

have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which
appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations
be reduced in the following amounts.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana
governing emergency appropriations.

The Common Council Of the City of Richmond, Indiana, met in regular session in the
Council Chambers in the Municipal Building of said. Gity Jul 1& 1979 ,
at the hour of _.7'30 'P.m.
Councilman Yaust presided with the following members present:

The following business was had to -wit:

The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayersprinted in the
Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of
Richmond, Indiana, rM the dates of July GLa and July 13th
Said notices stated that a public (tearing would be held on the 16th day of
July, 1979 by the Conm,on Council to consider additional appropria-
tions as provided for .in Ordinance No. '61-1979 , within the City of.
Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined
and found to be correct and in order. Councilman Mi11s moved the
p roof.'of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed,
seconded by Councilman Elstro and on voice vote the motion was
carried.
