Home My Public Portal About062-1979 - APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FROM THE STATE;AERONATICS COMISSION OF INDIANAAPPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 62-1979 AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE FROM THE STATE OF INDIANA, AERONAUTICS COMNfISSION OF INDIANA WHEREAS, certain extraordinary emergencies have developed since the adoption of the existing annual budget so that it is now necessary to appropriate more money for the various functions of the City Covernment than was appropriated in the annual budget. NOIT 71-IEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA. SECTION 1. That for the expenses of the City Government and its institutions fox the year ending December 31, 1979 the fallowing amount of money is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the fund named and for the purpose specified. Said sum being subject to the law governing the same. Such amount appropriated shall be held to include all expenditures to be made during the year expressly stipulated by law. SECTION 2. That for the said fiscal period there is hereby appropriated from THE STATE OF INDIANA, AERONAUTICS COMMISSION OF INDIANA the following specified amount to meet the extraordinary emergency hereby declared to exist: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED THE STATE OF INDIANTA,ABKCNAUTICS $ 9.5,750. $ 93,750. COMMISSION OF INDIANA TOTAL $ 93,750. $ 93,750. These funds are to be appropriated for the following: Richmond Municipal Airport, ACI-602, State Project #IN- 0071-01, Land Acquisition; overlay R/W 5-23 and parallel T/W; rehabiliaLe R/W 14-32 lighting system; VASI; REILS, locall%er, fencing, utility burial. SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations.
