THMS, the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance No. 2325-1968 desig- nates and describes as R-2 One -Family Residence District the follo,;dng described property known. as 2405 New Paris Pike in the City of Ricl=nd, Indiana, mare particularly described as follows: TAM DESC_RTP'TION A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 14 North., Range 1 West more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the north line of said Quarter, said point being 230 feet East of the I�brthwest corner thereof and running thence South 136.52 feet; thence South 79" 30' East 231.15 feet; thence North 5o 36' West 160 feet to the north Line of said Quarter; thence West on said North line 209.40 feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.72 acres, more or less. Delaney, Attorney and Agent in this matter, requesting the petition to rezone be withdrawn. Therefore, the Plan Commission, at their meeting of August 28, 1979, 'voted eight (8) to zero (0) to recommend that Ordinance No. 67-1979 be striken.
