DISTRICT TO M-2 "ENEEAL INDUST= DISTRICT.
THMS, the Zoning Map which is a part of Ordinance No. 2325-1968 desig-
nates and describes as R-2 One -Family Residence District the
follo,;dng described property known. as 2405 New Paris Pike in the
City of Ricl=nd, Indiana, mare particularly described as follows:

A part of the Northwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 14
North., Range 1 West more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the north line of said Quarter, said
point being 230 feet East of the I�brthwest corner thereof and
running thence South 136.52 feet; thence South 79" 30' East
231.15 feet; thence North 5o 36' West 160 feet to the north
Line of said Quarter; thence West on said North line 209.40
feet to the place of beginning, containing 0.72 acres, more
or less.
L%CEPTING 0.14 acres, conveyed to Carol L. Porter by Deed
dated October 19, 1956 and recorded in Deed Record 276, page
1 of the Records of the Recorder of Wayne Comity, Indiana.
BEING a part of the northwest quarter of Section 34, Township
14 North, Range 1 West in Wayne Township, Wayne County, Indiana
and being more particularly described as folluas;
COMQENCING, at a P.K. nail at the northmst corner of said
northwest quarter and running thence South, 233.31 feet to
a spike at the PLACE OF BEGINNING of this description; thence

WHEREAS, the vote of the Richn)nd City Plan Commission was to

BE IT ORDATIED by the Gm wn Council of the City of Riclmond, Indiana, as
follows:
SECTION 1. It is hereby ordained that the zoning classification of the above
described property be, and the same is hereby changed to M-2 General
Industrial District, and that said property be regulated in accord-
; ante with the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Riclmmd, Indiana, all
amendments thereto.

Plan Commission Case PC-79-20
Dear Mr. Paust, Members of Common Council and Mrs. Trimble:
The Richmond City Plan Commission received a letter from Robert,
J. Delaney, Attorney and Agent in this matter, requesting the
petition to rezone be withdrawn.
Therefore, the Plan Commission, at their meeting of August 28,
1979, 'voted eight (8) to zero (0) to recommend that Ordinance
No. 67-1979 be striken.
