Absent Van Heiden. Motion by Lindaman second by James to approve the minutes of the July regular meeting. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nielsen second by Lindman to approve Resolution # 08-2005 a resolution summarizing the proceedings for the sale of property to Meadowbrook Golf Course. Roll call of votes. All ayes, carried. Motion by Lindaman second by James to accept the bid of $68,340.70 for the partial paving of Kent Lane. All ayes, carried. Motion by Nielsen second by James to approve liquor license for the Wellsburg Tap. All ayes, carried. Motion by Lindaman second by Meints to approve an amendment to Steve Hippen’s building permit. All ayes, carried. Motion to adjourn Nielsen second by Lindaman.
