RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRIAN O'CONNOR TO THE POSITION
OF PROVISIONAL BATTALION CHIEF
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Provisional Battalion Chief in the Fire
Department of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to make an
appointment to said vacancy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the
Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
BRIAN O'CONNOR
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Provisional Battalion Chief effective,
immediately.
Adopted this 15th day of March, 2001
