A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINT-
ING CHARLES A. RISTOW FORMAN,
BUILDINGS & GROUNDS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Charles A. Ristow is hereby employed as
Foreman, Buildings and Grounds, to serve at the pleasure of the City
Manager.
SECTION 11. Charles A. Ristow shall be paid the salary of'
$516.00 per month for the first six months of his employment. He will
be eligible to receive a 52% increase in salary after the first six
months, and thereafter each succeeding twelve months to a maximum of
$641.00 per month.
SECTION 111. All overtime work when properly authorized
shall be paid at the rate of $2.97 per hour.
SECTION 1V. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution approved and adopted this 24th day of July, 1961.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 24th day of July, 1961, by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen - Buchan, Merritt, Tyrell, Dickason
NOES: Councilmen-None
ABSENT: Councilman- Fitzjohn
