WHEREAS, it has been determined that It is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE 001DION COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTTON 1.
