I note that I made these requests on December 22, 2013 and you have chosen to respond 364 days later on December 22, 2014. I asked for a public record which is a section of the code that regulates plants in the right -of -way. A year later you respond by directing me to your entire code published on your website. I assume by your response that the record I seek is somewhere in the many records you have suggested I search through. Unfortunately, I searched your entire published code for this record and I can't find it. If the record I seek does not exist, please tell me. If the record exists, please provide it. I make this public record request under the same terns and provisions stated in my original request for this same public record.
