AWARD OF BID - IMPROVEMENTS TO LEFFERT STREET
WHEREAS, bids for improvements to Leffert Street were authorized by Resolution #97-
115 on April 3, 1997; and
WHEREAS, one bid was received on May 1, 1997 as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough

in the amount of $18,823.00.
Adopted this 15th day of May, 1997 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
May 16, 1997.
