I note that I made these requests nearly a year ago on January 14, 2013 and you have chosen to finally respond on December 23, 2014. I asked for public records which are specific sections of the Town's code. Almost year later you respond by directing me to your entire code published on your website. I assume by your response that the record I seek is somewhere in the many records you have suggested I search through. Unfortunately, I searched your entire published code for these records and I can't find them. If the records I seek does not exist, please tell me. If the records exists, please provide them. I make this public record request under the same terms and provisions stated in my original request for this same public record. I am also confused by your statement in your email response, "Please also note that no records exist regarding recorded decisions by the Town Commission, records of statuary authority, or any records that are or were relevant to our decisions." Could you please clarify the meaning of this statement for me.
