Dear Custodian of Records,
I am in receipt of your response to my record requests made to you over eleven months ago (forwarded herein for
your reference).
I note that I made these requests nearly a year ago on January 14, 2013 and you have chosen to finally respond on
December 23, 2014.
I asked for public records which are specific sections of the Town's code. Almost year later you respond by
directing me to your entire code published on your website. I assume by your response that the record I seek is
somewhere in the many records you have suggested I search through. Unfortunately, I searched your entire
published code for these records and I can't find them.
If the records I seek does not exist, please tell me.
If the records exists, please provide them.
I make this public record request under the same terms and provisions stated in my original request for this same
public record.
I am also confused by your statement in your email response, "Please also note that no records exist regarding
recorded decisions by the Town Commission, records of statuary authority, or any records that are or were relevant
to our decisions." Could you please clarify the meaning of this statement for me.

of Ordinances or recorded decisions by the Town Commission or records of statutory authority
or any other records that are or were relevant to your decision to respond to me as you did
regarding my complaint that Mayor Joan Orthwein had planted landscape plants at her existing
Gulf Stream residence that are not included in the plant list found in Town Code 70 -150. Please
limit your response to provide only those records that are specifically responsive to this request
for public records.
Any and all specific section number(s) AND section language of the Town of Gulf Stream Code
of Ordinances or recorded decisions by the Town Commission or records of statutory authority
or any other records that are or were relevant to your decision Not to enforce the Town
regulations of chapter 22 when you received complaints of nuisances on property owned by the
Gulf Stream Golf Chub. Please limit your response to provide only those records that are
specifically responsive to this request for public records.
