A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY AUTHOR -
IZING AN AGREEMENT FOR INACTIVE
DEPOSIT OF CERTAIN CITY MONIES IN
A THREE MONTH TERM DEPOSIT
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLO\ /S:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, it appears to be desirable to deposit
the sum of twenty ive thousand ($25,000.00) in a three month term
deposit with interest rate of three per cent (3 %) with the Security
First National Bank of Temple City as of August 21, 1561,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Treasurer of the City
of Temple City is hereby authorized to accomplish the foregoing.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 28th day of August, 1'561.
