ANNEXATION ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING CERTAIN LAND TO THE CITY OF BEL
AIRE, SEDGWICK COUNTY, KANSAS, IN CONFORMITY WITH
K.S.A. 12-519 et. seq. as amended.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE CITY OF BEL
AIRE, KANSAS:
Section 1. The following described land, to wit:
The Missouri-Pacific right of way in the East 1/2 of
the Southest quarter of Section 25, Township 26 South,
Range 1 East of the 6th P.M., Sedgwick County, Kansas
more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Bel Aire Village
Addi tion and running South to the Northeast corner of
Cozy Homes Addition; thence northeasterly to the East
line of said Southeast quarter on the northerly line of
Bel Aire Plaza, extended; thence North to the South
line of Northfork Addition, extended; thence
Southwesterly to the place of beginning, is hereby
annexed into and made a part of the City of Bel Aire,
Sedgwick County, Kansas, in conformity with K.S.A. 12-
519 et. seq. as amended.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall tke effect and be
in force from and after its publication in the official City
Newspaper.
