RESOLUTION CHANGING THE DAYS OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS
WHEREAS, the bank statement arrives the first week of every month; and
WHEREAS, by moving the Council meetings to the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of every month
financial statements can be prepared for and reviewed by Council on a timely basis; and
WHEREAS, Ordinance chapter 17.04 authorizes the Council to make changes to regular Council
meetings by Resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa
authorizes changing the Regular Riverdale City Council meetings to the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of
every month;
This Resolution shall take effect at the beginning of Fiscal Year 2018 which begins July 1, 2017.
PASSED,APPROVED,AND ADOPTED THIS 1st day of May, 2017.
