RESOLUTION CORRECTING ACCOUNTING LEDGER ERROR CONCERNING
MISC REVENUE-GENERAL 001-950-4700 AND
CABLE FRANCHISE FEE REVENUE 001-950-4160
WHEREAS, the recent audit by the State of Iowa found ledger error in fiscal year 2016 in the
amount of$5321.63;
WHEREAS, the ledger error can be corrected by transferring $5321.63 from the 001-950-4700
MISC REVENUE-GENERAL to the 001-950-4160 CABLE FRANCHISE FEE REVENUE
account;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Riverdale, Iowa
authorizes the transfer to correct the ledger error by transferring $5321.63 from the 001-950-
4700 MISC REVENUE-GENERAL to the 001-950-4160 CABLE FRANCHISE FEE
REVENUE account. This correction will be dated June 30, 2016.
This Resolution shall take immediate effect.
PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED THIS 2nd day of May, 2017.
