A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY APPOINT-
ING VICTOR B_. KOBETT DIRECTOR OF
RECREATION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Victor B. Kobett is hereby employed as Dir-
ector of Recreation, to serve at the pleasure of the City Manager.
SECTION 11. Victor B. Kobett shall be paid the salary of
$516.00 per month for the first six months of his employment. He will
be eligible to receive a 51% increase in salary after the first six
months, and thereafter each succeeding twelve months, to a maximum of
$641.00 per month.
SECTION 111. All overtime work when properly authorized shall
be paid at the rate of $2.97 per hour.
SECTION 1V. When it is necessary for Mr. Kobett to use his
personal vehicle for City business, he will be reimbursed for the mile-
age incurred, at the rate of $.10 per mile.
SECTION V. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Resolution approved and adopted this 11th day of September, 1561.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly ad-
opted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 11th day of September, 1961, by the following
vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmen - Buchan, Fitzjohn, Merritt, Tyrell, Dickason
NOES: Councilmen -None
ABSENT: Councilmen -None
