GREENCASTLE COMMON COUNCIL
Executive Session
April 28, 1992
The Greencastle Common Council met in executive session on Tuesday, April 28, 1992
at 5:00 p.m. at the Greencastle Middle School. On call of the roll the following members were
shown to be present: Councilor Tom Roach, Councilor Jerry Calbert, Councilor Sue Murray,
Councilor Charles Miles, Councilor Mike Rokicki. Also present was city attorney Larry Wilson.
Discussion ensued concerning the filing of a nuisance suit in regard to the zinc mill site
and unsafe building and zoning violation enforcement.
Concerning the Redevelopment Commission nominees, the following names were
offered: Mike Lewis and Brad Collins.
Concerning the Economic Development Commission nominees, the following names were
offered: John Faught and Sue McCune.
No business other than that published in the agenda was discussed. Councilor Murray
moved for adjournment. This motion was seconded by Councilor Roach, was carried by an aye
unanimous vote and the meeting was adjourned at 5:35 p.m.
