WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than t-ras appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INUTANA, WAYNE COUNTY: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out cf the several appropriations, herein named and for the purpose herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REgUESTED APPROPRIATED MOTOR VEHICLE HICHWAY FUND 1-2--0-2-0--2690 Other Contractual Services $ 2,000. $ 2,000. TOTAL $ 2,000. $ 2,000. SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for wb ich appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts.
