WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual hudget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY M C011KON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, WAYNE COUNTY. - SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for tha purpose herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT REQUESTED APPROPRIATED GENERAL FWD Board of Works 1-1--9--2-0--2680 Rental of Equipment $ 100. $ 100. 1-1-9-2-0-2510 Repair of Bldg & Structures 4,500. 4,500. 1-1-9-3-0-3620 Stationery and Printing 100, 100. 1 1-9-4-0-4300 Repair Parts 200. 200. TOTAL $4,900. $4,900. SECTION 2. MREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposoa for which appropriated, it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. This Ordinance shall be in full force and cffcct from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations. Councilman Austerman moved to suspend Llce rules and read Ordinance- No. 97-1979 on third and final reading by title only, seconded by Councilman Mills and on unanimous voice vote the motion was carried.
