The Tiffin City Council met in a work session on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at the Tiffin Fire Station. Mayor
Steve Berner called the meeting to order at 18:32 PM. Members present: Mayor Steve Berner, Council Member
Jim Bartels, Council Member Joan Kahler, Council Member Royce Phillips, Council Member Mike Ryan, Council
Member Peggy Upton
Also present: Deputy City Clerk Goedken, Brian Detert, AW Welt: Michelle Wolter and Brenda Pyrz.
Motion Upton to approve the agenda, seconded Bartels. All ayes. Motion carried.
Employee Benefits: AW Welt Insurance gave information and a hand out. Discussion of no increase for FY
2014, then a $50 per year increase per year to the max of$300 per month.
Annexation: Names of the Priority one_area people will be divided among the Council Members to contact.
Motion Bartels to adjourn at 7:35 PM, seconded Ryan. All ayes. Motion carried.
