Home My Public Portal About15506 General Services Agreement – Construction Management (2019) (12386)ORDINANCE NO. 15506 AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general construction management services in General Services Agreement – Construction Management (2019) (12386) at various locations within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary- Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 21716 with KAI 360 Construction Services, Inc. for general construction management services. WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15022, adopted October 11, 2018, appropriated the initial funding for and authorized Contract No. 21716; and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Three Million Dollars ($3,000,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sanitary Replacement Fund to be used for general construction management services in General Services Agreement – Construction Management (2019) (12386) at various locations within the District. Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Amendment No. 2 to Contract No. 21716 with KAI 360 Construction Services, Inc. for general construction management services in General Services Agreement – Construction Management (2019) (12386) at various locations within the District; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District. Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 8, 2020.
