AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00)
from the Stormwater Regulatory Fund to be used for water quality and environmental regulatory
support in General Services Agreement – Water Quality Support Services (2021) (12842) in
Various Locations Within the District; and authorizing the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21959
with HDR Engineering, Inc. for water quality and environmental regulatory support.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered
balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation authorized herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) is hereby
appropriated from the Stormwater Regulatory Fund to be used for water quality and environmental
regulatory support in General Services Agreement – Water Quality Support Services (2021)
(12842) in Various Locations Within the District.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-Treasurer are hereby
authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into Contract No. 21959
with HDR Engineering, Inc. for water quality and environmental regulatory support in General
Services Agreement – Water Quality Support Services (2021) (12842) in Various Locations
Within the District; and said contract shall be comprised of such other terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of the General Counsel of the District.
Section Three. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect
immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on October 8, 2020.
