A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA, APPOINTING
THOMAS G. LUMSDON AS ASSISTANT CITY ATTORNEY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Thomas G. Lumsdon be, and he is hereby,
appointed and retained as Assistant City Attorney of the City of
Temple City effective September 25th, 1961, to serve at the plea-
sure of the City Council without compensation as the said Thomas
G. Lumsdon is paid by the City Attorney as a member of his staff.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 25th day of September, 1961.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Temple City at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 25th day of September, 1961, by the
following roll call vote of the Council:
