LEASE AG~k-~-:r~N~T FOR THE YEAR 1997-1998
WHERFAS, the United Carteret Hebrew School, Inc. has made the
proper application for the renewal of their lease for premises
known as Lots 533 and 534, in Block 176, o~ the Tax Map of the
Borough of Carteret0 for the Year 1997-1998; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid the annual rental fee of One
Dollar ($1.00) and has filed proof of liability insurance cover-
age as specified in the original Lea~e Agreement.
NOW, THER~ORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Mayor
and the Municipal Clerk be and are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Lease Agreement between the United Carteret Hebrew
School, Inc. and the Borough of Carteret for the Tern of One (1)
Year, from May 1, 1997 to May 1, 1998.
Adopted the 5th day of June, 1997
and certified as a true copy of the
original on JUNE 6~ 1997.
