APPOINTING JOHN SOLTESZ - TEMPORARY
BUILDING SUBCODE OFFICIAL
WHEREAS, there is a need for a temporary Building Subcode Official in the Borough
of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest oft_he Borough of Carteret to make an appointment
to fill said position; and
WHEREAS, John Soltesz has the necessary requirements to perform the duties of
Building Subcode Official;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret that
JOHN SOLTESZ
is hereby appointed temporary Building Subcode Official at a rate of $20.00 per hour,
effective May 27, 1997.
Adopted this 5th day of June, 1997 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
June 6th, 1997.
