AUTHORIZING THE pREPARATION AND ADVERTISEMENT
OF BH) SPECIFICATIONS - TANK REMOVAL
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret (the "Borough") has undertaken the construction
of a sports complex; and
WHEREAS, underground storage tanks have been identified on the site on which said
sports complex is to be constructed; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council are desirous of having any underground storage
tanks removed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that:
1. The Purchasing Agent is hereby directed to prepare bid specifications for the
removal o~underground storage tanks at the sports complex site.
2. That the Purchasing Agent be directed to advertise said bid specification upon
completion.
Adopted this 5th day of June, 1997 and
certified as a true copy of the original on
June 6th, 1997.
