WHEREAS, the IR)rough of Carteret desires to engage the services of gentec
Design Studio;
NOW, THEIr, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor of the Borough of Carteret
is hereby authorized to execute au agreement with Rentec Design Studio.

and certified as a true copy of the
