Illinois Street (PIN 06-03-09-404-010-0000), in the Village of Plainfield, Illinois, as a local historic landmark. The property is generally described as follows: That Part Of Lots 2 & 3 In Doud's Subdivision Of Block 3 Of Arnold's Addition To Plainfield, Described As Follows: Beginning At A Point In The Westerly Line Of Arnold Street, Which Is 30 Feet Southeasterly From The Northeast Corner Of Said Lot 2; Thence In A Southeasterly Direction Along The Westerly Line Of Arnold Street, 119 Feet; Thence In A Southwesterly Direction At Right Angles To The West Line Of Said Street, 120 Feet; Thence In A Westerly Direction, 61.78 Feet To A Point, Which Is 82.50 Feet East Of The East Line Of Said Des Plaines Street; Thence North 105.77 Feet; Thence Northeasterly 109 Feet To The Point Of Beginning (Except The West 1 1/2 Feet Thereof) In The Southeast Quarter Of Section. 9, Section 9, In Township 36 North, And In Range 9 East Of The 3rd Principal Meridian, In The Village Of Plainfield, Will County, Illinois TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that said hearing will be Thursday, April 11, 2019 at the Plainfield Village Boardroom, 24401 West Lockport Street, Plainfield, Illinois at 7:00 p.m. at which time and place all interested parties will have the opportunity to be heard.
